TOURNAMENT RULES
– This is a team tournament – 2 fishermen per team.
– We are fishing for black bass, small mouth, spotted bass.
– Maximum 5 bass per team with 14” minimum length.
– All fish must be caught on artificial lures with the exception that one may use pork rinds.
– No trolling.
– Teams may fish anywhere accessible by boat except designated off-limits areas.
– Teams should not fish within 25 yards of each other.
– Tournament will be live release.
– Must have working aerated live well.
– Must hold a valid fishing license.
– Each competitor must wear a serviceable coast guard approved life preserver when big motor is running.
– Must have kill switch attached when big motor is running.
– Must check in at Sunset Pavilion in Cedar Ridge after 5am before fishing and after tournament before leaving for home.
– Tournament hours are 6:30am to 1pm. Weigh-in at Sunset Pavilion at 1pm. Everyone must be in weigh-in line no later than 1:15pm.
– First place pays $1000, one place paid for every 10 teams.
– Big Bass pays $500.
– Registration fee is $120 per team for pre-registration and $150 after September 11th.
– The decision of the tournament director shall be final in all matters.
