What in the hell is in the water in Brenham?  This is from my camera in May before it went dead.  I'm interested to see what it looks like w/ horns.  I pray it is a spike, gotta have this freak in the man cave

Looks like it only has 2 ears but his right beam looks to be growing outside of his right ear. Might just be the angle of the picture.

If he's got horn growth that big in May, I highly doubt that he'll be a spike come hunting season.  It looks to me like you are seeing some palmation on his main beams at the location of his eye gaurds indicating that he is going to have at least some eye gaurds.  It looks like he'll be fairly symetrical at least to his G1's. :)  I'm going to guess that he won't be real tall but he's probably going to be pretty wide.

Damn Milky your talking to deer hunting rookie here.  It is in Brenham I doubt he will be too big,  but if its 13″ wide its will be jerky.  Like I said I'm a rookie, it does look young right?

Yup he's definitely young.  Probably around two years old in the picture.  He's got a good start for May though so you never know?  He might make 13" by the time he sheds his velvet.  Pretty looking deer none the less.
