Shin Fukae ran into a bridge piling on the final day of the event, Fukae suffered minor injuries but his camera man was airlifted and spent the night in the ICU.

 

 

Reports state they were both distracted and were looking down at a loose seat, when they looked back up they were too close to the bridge and swerved into a pillar.  The camera man is reported to be in stable condition.

 

Guess Rangers really don't sink.

ouch!!!

 

My dad was involved in accident on Toledo Bend which involved a shotgun start, a new Ranger boat, and a bridge pillar. Pillar won big time

Man and I thought I did some damage to my boat. I'm glad to see that everyone is ok. I guess it's a good thing we have insurance on our things that can be replaced.
