I'm gonna start posting fishing reports in dollar amounts instead of weight…

 

"I fished Falcon yesterday and best five went $314.65; it was an average day on the lake and I lost a good one between $89.99 and $98.89!"

 

 

I've seen them in Chinese restaurants before and I guess it didn't take too long before the Asian supermarkets caught on.  I'll probably stop by this place a couple times a week hoping to score another DD, it'll be much more cost effective than fishing for one and probably just as satisfying.

Yeah this is in Houston.  I am guessing these fish are farm raised and not harvested.

 

I told the guy behind the counter I needed one at least 10 lbs for a family Thanksgiving meal…we'll see if he comes through.
