Well as most of you know my motor crapped out last Wednesday and I started calling around to see how quickly I could get it done, and the earliest appointment I could get was on the 11th. Until I spoke to Gary Pender the service mgr at Tracker. He said bring it in and if it is something that is pretty simple we should be able to get you taken care of quickly. The boat went in on Friday, and I just picked it up, 3 business days later. WOW!!!!! The problem ended up being the coils which were all replaced under warranty. I am having a hard time believing how quickly they got my boat done over THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND! Especially after seeing the 60+ boats they had in line to get work done. Much props to Gary and his truly service department!
