Brian and I Decided to go to Bastrop Saturday morning and drove all the way over there to find the power plant had sprung an oil leak.  The North Shore was shut down with a guard out front to only let you turn around.  The guard said it would be reopened in about three days, but he had no comment on how much oil and the effects.
