Got there around 9ish just to chase schoolies, the lake sucked, fishing sucked, and it was hotter than hell which sucked… Oh wait, people were catching them around me so I guess I SUCKED. Took Garrett w/ me, he had one 5 min's in around 2lbs, then he swam the rest of the day. I skunked the whole day. Loaded up on launchers now so I'm ready for another trip.

Brutal…can't even catch a fish on Bastrop?!?!

Now everyone knows who catches all the fish when we fish tournaments together! Maybe if I fished with your 7 yr old I might actually finish in the money.

Garrett was close to having a boat and a crap load of tackle. I couldnt even find a cliff to jump off of. One of those days

It's all good Crabby, when your new Power Tackle rods come in you can take 'em over to Bastrop with your popping corks and live shrimp (or whatever you rig underneath those things) and really show the schoolies not to mess with ya.
