OfflineFished with Dale this morning at Fayette County. Below are the details and some pics would have had more pics but my phone died. We had a BLAST!
Fished from 1:30AM to 8:30-9:00am
Water temps HOT upper 90s like 99.9…it felt like a sauna
Caught fish from 3-20 FOW on T-rig and Flukes
Lots of schoolies at first light…4-5 lb schoolies…AMAZING
Ended the day catching 30-35 fish, biggest fish in the 5.5-6lb range (4 or 5 in this range), they rest were some fat headed fighters!!! Those fish sure pull hard in that lake!!!! Good times!!!!

Dang Lee, you must be Dale's good luck charm…last week when he drug me out there I must have scared all the fish away. Gotta love whackin' 4-5 lbers all night!
The hotter it gets out there the better for schoolies. If you can stand sweating your ass off, Aug and Sept are typically the best months for chasing schoolies. On the opposite end of the spectrum, you can also freeze your nuts off during Jan and Feb in 40 degree air temps and whack 'em all day long in the discharge!
