Well I will start with I should have stayed in bed and slept in. Got on the water a little after 8.  It was cold and to say it was windy was laughable, there had to be gusts to 40mph!  Started with traps early in front of the golf course and made two passes with 4 different colors and nada.  Then went to the jig like last week.  Had to go into some creeks to get out of the wind.  Main lake was just too much work for a "fun fishing day" Fished from the creek across from Walsh almost up to Dell's.  The water temperature had dropped on the main lake to 57 though did see 62 on the creeks.  We had one bite all day on the jig which makes for a tough day.  Threw 4 different color combos of the jig as well, all with GB Mega Claw trailers.  The highlight of the day was lunch, beer, and Don Julio.   I figured today would be either a tough day or a great day, I really did not anticipate catching 4-6 fish after the front.  Once we get a few days of cold weather, the fish will start to acclimate and should get on the feed again.
