Got back into town around 7:30 pm and decided to meet Milky out on Travis for a few hours.  His boat has been sitting in storage for the past three weeks so thought it would be a good idea to get the old lead sled on the water and make sure she's ready to go for this week's Tues Nighter.

Headed out of Mansfield around 8 and jumped around a couple points up to the AR Bend area; it was a SLOW night of fishing as there were only two fish boated from 8-11 pm.  Both fish bit a jig with the boat sitting in 40' of water, biggest was 2.5-3 lbs.  Hopefully the lake settles down after the Aquapalooza weekend and the fish are biting for everyone on Tuesday.

Yup I've been off for a couple of weeks but one thing hasn't changed out there, the jig bit is still good for one solid keeper a night.  Maybe one of these days we can bump that up to two?!
