I have to start by saying Saturday was one of the most fun on Travis I ever had. We probably caught 15 keepers and that many shorts. Most of our fish came from 5 to 15 feet of water . Most of the fish were caught early on jigs .  As the day progressed the bight seemed to get better on the crank bait .I think the biggest reason for our success is we were able to catch a decent size limit early which gave us the confidence to stick with it.
