has anyone fished the e21 carrot stix. If so what do you think of them i am in the market for buying a few.

I have very limited experience with them (as I never cared to own a bright orange rod) but will give you my thoughts.
They are light but ugly. They seem to be priced right for what you get and there are a couple blanks definitely worth looking into; one in particular is the parabolic cranking blank. Several guys have raved about their 7'8" heavy in the gold series but I've never fished it.
I've also heard they had breakage issues early on but appear to have fixed that problem. My overall thoughts are they are a decent rod at best at an affordable price.

I would agree with the Andy. The 7'8" gold series is a legit rod for sure. Has a good backbone and a really good tip. Can launch a football jig, t-rig, or c-rig a mile. Also very light and relatively sensitive.
