Laguna Custom Rods moved to Georgetown about 3 months ago and after talk of a fresh water line, I got the first custom worm rod. I will have it with me Friday at River City Grill if anybody wants to handle it or look at it.  Laguna has been making saltwater rods for many years but since under new ownership they are expanding their horizons to the freshwater scene also.

John,

It was nice meeting you this past weekend, and I would definitely like to talk more with you about the possibilities in the freshwater rods.

You guys gotta check this rod out, it is sick!  They can do some really cool stuff over there at Laguna.  All the anglers received a $100 certificate toward a custom rod at the GFFK event; very good of Laguna to do that.  We appreciate it!

Hey John don't forget about getting Laguna to come up with a yellow scheme……I'm in for one of those!! Loved the way the rod felt; would have loved to test it on the water but got a good report from Grant that did get a chance to test the rod.

My rod should be ready in the next week or so and I will let anyone try it out as well.

I found a blank yesterday at Laguna and I think it will be perfect for a Wacky rod.  Laguna is going to start the build pretty soon and i will up date when it is ready…

Terry, they can get a yellow camo but they have to order in a min. of 300 but they are tossing it around because it is all about the customer.

Landons Drop Shot Rig is beyond top of the line in craftsmanship and I cant wait to try it
