OfflineI'll tell you James that's a great tip, but I found an epoxy in a spray can that dry's relatively quick that I apply on my jig's after I have tied the skirts on and it works great. It doesn't get milky colored and drys clear. Remian's that way even after it's been rashed across everything it shows light scratching for quite some time till it penetrates the paint layer again. I'll get the name of it and get it to you. I was introduced to it by the late Mickey Rumsey from Bastropthat made lures for years, but I never could find it till about a year ago. It really works well, I spray it on a lot of my fishing tackle even crank baits that have special significance or custom paint jobs on them. Only draw back to it is FALCON!!!!!! that's the jig eatinist lake in the country!!!!!!!!
