OfflineWhile fishing Lake Austin a few weeks ago had a wakeboarding boat cross in front of me, ended up hitting a huge wake and lost several rods. I have progressive insurance and decided to give them a call and see if I had any coverage on fishing equipment. They told me I did and filed my claim that day, the next day they had the insurance adjuster meet up with me and gave me a check the same day. They were super easy to work with and just wanted to let anyone know that is looking for a insurance company.

OfflineI've had progressive cover my autos for several years (close to 15 on and off) and have always been very happy with how they've handled the claims I've put in. However, I've also read a few horror stories about the service they've given a few people. I've never seen that side of progressive, though.
I've got them covering my little boat now and that's good info to have about how they handled your claim. Chances are if the same thing ever happens to us austin-area guys, we might have to go through the same office that handled your claim and hopefully we'll also have the same experience you did.
