Craig Gilbert laps the field with 19.90 pounds and beats second place by over a 7 pound margin!

That jigging spoon has made him some coin on that lake – he won fishing solo in 2009 and again this Saturday fishing with his wife. Word has it he was following striper guides around (they always know where to find the bait) and marking areas.

Congrats to Dale and Jared on cutting a check and my old partner Milky James. 5.90 pounds to finish in the top 50…Belton = SUCK!

Yesterday I learned how to actually enjoy a tournament on Belton…don't fish it and have a cooler of cold Miller Light at the weigh-in. No pain, no frustration just entertainment! However, if the boat wasn't in the shop I'm sure I would have been donating to the cause like many of the others.
