My nephew and I fished the tourney on Austin last night and had a blast.  Thanks so much for making us feel welcome and Joseph is THRILLED that his pic is on the website!!  Great bunch of guys!  Thanks again.

Thanks for coming out,  it was a pleasure to meet y'all.  Its always good to see the young people get outdoors, hopefully he becomes as hooked as we are to this crazy sport

Glad you guys had a good time and caught some fish!  I learned a lot from that young man last night, seeing him come back to Ski Shores and taking a picture with his catch made me realize I need to lighten up and not take fishing so seriously all the time.  At the end of the day it's not always about finishing in the money or where you placed…it's all about having a good time and enjoying the time on the water.

 

Next time I see Joseph I need to ask him what he does to stay focused all the way until weigh-in, I'm usually done and mentally checked out by 8:30.
