It's that time of year again and we'll be at City Park on 3/17 to kick off the 2010 season.

This year's overall big stringer and Big Bass will each be awarded a Power Tackle rod of their choice along with a prize pack from Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits, Kinami Baits, Fish Finders Marine, Jarod Jigs and more!  We'll also have Power Tackle rods to demo at each tournament so if anyone is interested please contact us for details and more information.

The Wed Night Tournament is open to all TTZ members.  If you are not already a member you can join by simply clicking the “Register” button in the top right hand corner of this page.  Registration is free and easy!

For more information about the tournament and complete tournament rules click here.

I have a question. Does every body who fishes this T have to be registered on this forum, or just one member. My wife wants to fish this T with me is why I'm asking.

Maybe I should just call Andy.

Doug, that'll be fine.  We'd like to have both registered where we can, but in this situation you'll be fine.

Thanks, and see you there!

Thanks for the reply. I'm not so sure that I'm all that crazy about her fishing this thing with me, but she brought it up the other day when we were at Fiesta Texas, and I just didn't have the heart to tell her that I would rather have a more experenced angler in my back seat with me. LOL

Who knows, heck she may out fish me, shes done it before, and she doesn't let me forget it when she does either.

I see where Robert is in hunt for a back seat, and after talking to wife just a little while a go, she may change her mind and not go, so maybe I'll give him a call to see if he still needs a ride.

Awesome turnout for the first Wed Nighter of the season; thanks to everyone for coming out!

Here are the results of the top teams that finished in the money:

1st Barry Mott/Lance Hale – 5 fish – 7.48 BB – 20.48 lbs

2nd Jamie Sladen/Cathey Sladen – 4 fish – 12.49 lbs

3rd Dan Taylor/Robby Crabb – 5 fish – 10.31 lbs

4th Doug Blackstalk/Brandon Houston – 5 fish – 8.96 lbs

Sorry I missed this one!  My schedule is very hectic this season; I've been in Houston for the majority of the past couple months and I start a new job soon so will try and make a few of these when I can.

Complete results will be published soon, congrats to everyone that finished in the money!
