Charles is a life long resident of San Marcos Texas and is a dominant force in the Central and South Texas tournament trails. His record speaks for itself with two angler of the year titles and one runner up.

He has won countless tournaments, with twice as many top ten finishes. His most impressive streak occured in the 2006-2007 seasons when he was crowned the best one vs. one angler in the state of Texas followed by a record breaking Bass Champs win on Choke Canyon with 5 bass weighing nearly 45 pounds!
