TTZ Guadapalooza 2022- Waylon Papst Memorial Tournament is set for November 19th at Mansfield Dam Park. This is a benefit tournament for Waylon’s daughter Adelynn. Last year we were able to raise over $20,000 for Adelynn’s managed education fund, and we are excited to have a meaningful impact again this year. We have an amazing angling community here in Central Texas and we really appreciate everyone who has helped this event evolve into a fundraiser to both honor the memory of our dear friend Waylon and support his daughter.
Entry fee this year is $100 per team, $40 of that will go directly into Adelynn’s fund, $10 will go to the biggest largemouth pot and the remaining $50 will all go to the guadalupe bass payout..
Numbered Boat Release is from Mansfield Dam, you can launch anywhere on Travis and run over for the numbered release. Your best 5 Guadalupe bass are weighed for the main event, and one largemouth for the big bass pot. Boat Release is at safe light, check in at 2pm. Due to the lower lake levels and logistics at Mansfield we will not be running a fish fry this year afterwards. TTZ will still be providing food and Capitol Wright will be providing beverages.
Friday night registration will be at Lake Travis Biergarten, 3519 B, Ranch Rd 620 N, Austin, TX 78734 from 6-8pm. Melody (Adelynn’s mother) will be there Friday with shirts for sale. Shirts are $30 per shirt, and again, all proceeds go directly to Adelynn’s 529 fund. The shirts and event are CASH ONLY, so bring your cash. The first 40 Teams to Register will receive a free filet knife from Skeeter Boats.

There will be a silent auction of goods and services to bid on at weigh-in, as with the entries, 100% of all proceeds will go to Adelynn’s education fund. Once again this is cash only (I’ll take a check if you look responsible), but cash is preferred.
