11 teams fished, 6 teams weighed in and 2 places were paid.
Our phones started ringing about 5:30 pm informing us what we already knew, storms were rolling in. The crew and I quickly took down the tent and banners that we had just finished putting up and decided to head across the lake to take shelter at the old Pier restaurant. Calls from 360 let us know there were 9 boats taking shelter under the bridge so we decided to delay the start of the tournament by 30 mins. Just like magic the skies cleared about 6:45 pm and everyone headed to their spots.
The weather, the wind or the lack of current had the big bite turned off. No limits were brought in from the shortened tournament time, but despite the weather it turned out to be a really nice evening.
